Healthy eating is not about über-strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of great tastes and the foods you love. It’s about eating well, feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible – all of which can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics, incorporating them in a way that works for you and, above all, being conscious of what, when and how much you eat.
