    Hi

    Obviously I was not going to try using maple flavoured golden syrup?? The book say Grade B is more suitable but that grade A may be used.

    2nd MC , Hey it was nice getting all the compliments, but i see i have gain another 3kg, not good, but am glad i haven't use my asthma medication,

    today is my second day, everything went well yesterday no hunger , but i had a terrible headache last night and went to bed, but i know the reason why, i was drinking coffee lately, not easy to eat healthy sometimes, but am more carefull than before, MC is the way to go, weight loss is a bonus like Mike said on my first MC, am doing this for my health, will see how it goes this time

    Weight now 84kg
